Founded by Don Glessner, who brings over 40 years of construction experience, our leadership is rooted in deep industry knowledge, state licensing, and a proven track record across government, residential, and commercial projects. A commitment to detail, safety, and doing things right the first time reflects a career spent building with integrity.

Standing beside Don is Jesus Santana, a U.S. Air Force veteran with 10 years of military service and over 20 years in the construction and remodeling industry. From running his own remodeling business to his experience working with top-tier contractors, Jesus specializes in high-end home kitchen and bathroom renovations, tile work, and smart, client-focused design. His military discipline shows up in his craftsmanship and work ethic every single day.

Together, Don and Jesus lead the G2 Builders Team with shared values—quality, accountability, and respect for the people they serve. Inspired by their families—Don’s wife Sena and daughter Isabella, and Jesus’s daughter Jennessa—they take pride in building with care, precision, and purpose.
